Who we are

MVP Jewellerz is a luxury watch and bespoke jewellery specialist operating in the West Midlands and London, United Kingdom. Viewings are by appointment only.

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry, request a part-exchange offer, place a custom order or book an appointment, we collect the details you provide (name, contact details and the content of your enquiry) so we can respond and fulfil your request. This is our lawful basis of legitimate interest and, where a purchase follows, contract.

We only send marketing messages (including SMS and WhatsApp) if you have explicitly opted in, and every consent is timestamped. Transactional messages about your enquiry, deposit, appointment or delivery do not require marketing consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained while your enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records connected to completed sales are retained as required by UK tax and anti-money-laundering law.

You can request a copy of your data or its erasure at any time by emailing info@mvpjewellerz.com. We will action erasure requests except where law requires retention.

Deposits, balances and returns

A reservation deposit holds a piece for you and is taken through our secure payment provider. Balances are settled by invoice or bank transfer. Deposits are refundable within the cooling-off period communicated at the time of reservation.

High-value sales may require identity verification before the balance is settled and before delivery; delivery is to verified addresses by insured courier only.
